In Lefkada is very easy and convenient to rent a motorboat for the day. There are a lot of boat rentals in bays of Nidri and Dessimi, which have motorboats for 4 up to 6 people with 30hp that don’t need a specific license, the car driving license is good enough.
The best places to visit with a small motorboat are the private island of Skorpios (once owned by greek millionaire Onassis), the channel and reef between Lefkada and Meganisi and the many hidden bays along Meganisi coast.
