The facade of the villa is characterized by the green lawn and the stone path that leads to the barbecue area and pergola for 10 people. There is also a small organic garden from which the customer can use and taste the organic vegetables grown by the owner!

At the rear of the villa there is a gorgeous relaxation area with a 40m2 swimming pool, outdoor shower, sun loungers and a small pergola. At the bottom of the garden stands a centenary plane tree with a small natural pond at its feet and a sofa to enjoy the quiet of this heavenly corner!

The interior of the villa is modern and well designed, with a large 100m2 living area that includes the entrance, a large living room with wooden table, fully equipped kitchen and dining area.

An elegant wooden spiral staircase leads to the first floor, where the 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms are located. Three of the bedrooms have double beds with quality lineans, air conditioning, TV and ceiling fan. The fourth bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning, TV and ceiling fan.
