CANCELLATION POLICY

Grekale is a portal that was created with the aim of promoting travel experiences to discover the most fascinating places in the Ionian Islands.

PRICES
Prices have been calculated on transport costs, airfares, duties and taxes in effect at the time of the request by the customer, subject to confirmation and changes without previous notification. The organization does not bear any responsibilities of the eventual forced reissue of the ticket, at the time of booking, if the passenger data is communicated in a way that does not correspond to what is reported on the document valid for expatriation. The balance of the practice does not exempt you from paying any fee adjustments.

PAYMENTS AND WITHDRAWAL
Upon confirmation, the payment of a non-refundable deposit of not less than 30% or the total balance will be required; the amount will be communicated at the time of booking.

For some specific tour packages a deposit of up to 60% will be required (more information at the time of booking).

Withdrawal: must be communicated via email by the guest; to the guest who withdraws from the contract before departure, cancellation penalties will be applied, regardless of the payment of the deposit, to the extent of:

– Deposit paid up to 30 days before departure
– 75% of the participation fee from 29 to 7 working days (except Saturday) before departure.
– 100% beyond these terms

No refund after these terms will be granted to the tourist / customer who does not show up at departure or decides to interrupt the trip or rent already undertaken. The sums indicated above must also be paid by those who could not make the trip due to lack or irregularity of the required personal documents for expatriation. The conditions of withdrawal for pre-established groups will be disclosed at the time of booking. In the event of advance issuance of airline tickets to guarantee a particular rate, the amount of the related penalty applied by the company based on the fare rule will be fully charged to the customer in the event of subsequent cancellation.

Substitutions: please note that some service providers may not accept the change of the name of the guest. Grekale will therefore not be responsible for the non-acceptance of the modification by one or more third party service providers.
